Delivery PolicyIf you place your orders for heat transfer vinyls, printable media, standard heat presses and accessories before 3pm, we will endeavour to despatch it the same working day (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) providing the items are in stock and have been tested (where applicable.)To qualify for same day despatch the products must be in stock with us and your account must be trading within the agreed credit terms, or paid for in full in advance. Although we are always competitive with our leadtimes for custom heat transfers, we cannot include it in our “Same Day Despatch” scheme.A Next-Day Delivery charge of £6.50 is payable on all orders below £100.00 excluding VAT to a UK Mainland Address, and delivery is free to a UK Mainland address for all orders equalling or over £100.00 excluding VAT. For orders to Northern Ireland and Isle of Wight, please allow 1-2 working days for delivery, and for Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands addresses please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.The delivery rates table below is for orders of in stock items from our ranges of heat transfer vinyls, printable media, standard heat presses and accessories:

Returns PolicyWe hope that you will always be pleased with the purchases that you have made from Overpress Limited, trading as Badgers Heat Transfers and Badgers of Blackpool, but there may be rare occasions when you may wish to return items to us. Please note that we cannot accept returns that are not authorised by us in writing and a returns address will be provided by email which you will receive once your return is processed.Overpress Limited is a business-to-business supplier and this website is intended for use by commercial customers only and is not for use by consumers or private individuals. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing on this website shall affect the statutory rights of a customer who deals as a consumer.
Items Damaged In TransitIf any items were damaged in transit, your rights will be affected unless you report it to us within 48 hours. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, you should sign the carrier’s delivery note accordingly to highlight this.Once the damaged goods are received back by us, we’ll issue a replacement or credit note and/or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs, unless the goods have been collected from you on our behalf. If immediate replacements are required we will invoice you for these goods, pending the receipt of the original goods.
Want To Return Goods?If you want to return any unrequired and unused stock items, then you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 48 hours of receipt of the goods, and that the items have not been used and are in a condition that they could be resold “as new”. Once you’ve informed us that you wish to return goods, we will provide a returns address and you have 7 calendar days to do so at your own expense. Once the item is received and reviewed to ensure that it can be resold, we’ll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method, subject to a restocking charge of 20% or £20.00 +VAT whichever is greater.Please also note that we cannot trace lost consignments unless you provide us with details of the carrier’s consignment note. In addition, proof of postage is not proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier, and to insure the goods for their full value. In the event that the returned goods which have been sent at the customers expense are lost on transit to us, we are unable to provide a credit or refund as it is assumed that the sender has purchased sufficient insurance to cover this cost.Overpress Limited does not rent or lease heat presses for short-term use, and heat presses are only permitted to be returned due to a technical or mechanical fault with the press.
Collection of Goods Being ReturnedThe return delivery of unwanted goods must be arranged by the customer, or a collection can be arranged for a minimum charge of £15.00 +VAT depending on the value of the goods. The goods must be securely packaged and in a re-saleable condition upon return to us.If we arrange for our courier (e.g. DPD, TNT) to collect goods from you, the collection date and time period will be clearly stated to you in writing and the consignment must be ready for collection of, at this date and time – Failure to do so will incur a £25.00 +VAT administrative charge.
Returns of HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyls) and Printable MediaOverpress Limited does not sell products on a trial basis and customers are strongly advised to check suitability and specifications of products before ordering. Should samples of the media be required, these will usually be provided free of charge based on stock samples.In all cases of a fault with an HTV or printable media, these will be thoroughly investigated within 5 working days using our equipment and application instructions to determine the root cause of the issue. Should no fault be found through our testing process a full credit and/or refund will not be offered.Any replacement materials required before the outcome of the investigation has been finalised will require payment in full.If the customer still wishes to return the goods a re-stock charge of 20% will be enforced, in addition to the courier charge (if applicable). Products purchased over 6 months prior to the complaint are unable to be returned.
