Polytran (Powdered Plastisol) Custom Heat Transfers

Polytran is our most commonly purchased custom heat transfer system and is suitable for a wide range of fabric types, including cotton, polyester, poly-cotton blends and more.  It’s a powdered Plastisol heat transfer, which enhances the opacity of designs and makes them suitable for darker garments and fabrics.

Polytran (Powdered Plastisol) Overview

Using this process allows you to produce heat transfers for quick and easy application to meet your ongoing needs, as well as low and high-volume one-off orders. The colours can be matched to Pantone colour references to match specific requirements and the heat transfers are suitable for both light and dark fabrics.

From t-shirts and polo shirts, to hooded sweatshirts and bags, there’s very few uncoated fabrics that cannot be printed with our Polytran heat transfer process. Due to the combination of fabrics, weaves, and dyes used in the textile industry, testing is pertinent – We offer free samples of all of our custom heat transfers for testing purposes.

Minimum order quantity: 25 transfers.

Production Leadtimes: Polytran Heat Transfers

Our Polytran custom heat transfers are manufactured in the UK and are usually despatched within TWO working days of confirmation of the artwork and colour references.

Artwork Requirements

For block-colour, screen-based heat transfer processes, such as Polytran, we would require a vector file (with any text saved as outlines), along with Pantone colour references for specific spot colours. If you don’t have access to Pantone colour charts or aren’t able to provide the artwork in the correct format, we can also help you to choose the correct colours for your design and arrange for artwork to be redrawn, although charges for redrawing may be applicable.
