Plastisol is a well-established process for block-colour heat transfers for high and low volume on a wide range of fabrics, including cotton, polyester, poly-cotton blends and more - It's one of our most versatile systems for application onto standard fabrics, and Glitter can also be incorporated to add an extra dimension.
Plastisol Heat Transfer Leadtimes
Our Plastisol custom heat transfers are manufactured in the UK and are usually despatched within TWO working days of confirmation of the artwork and colour references.
For application onto dark garments, we recommend Polytran custom transfers, as these are powdered Plastisol heat transfers which enhances the opacity of the designs to make them more suitable.
Plastisol custom heat transfers can also be applied to more advanced fabrics, such as Neoprene and some nylons to allow you to apply onto items such as drawstring bags, tents and CD holders. Free samples are available for testing purposes, or we also offer a free fabric testing service upon request.
Due to the combination of fabrics, weaves, and dyes used in the textile industry, testing is pertinent - We offer free samples of all of our custom heat transfers for testing purposes.

For block-colour, screen-based heat transfer processes, such as Plastisol, we would require a vector file (with text saved as outlines), along with Pantone colour references for the specific spot colours required. If you don't have access to Pantone colour charts, we can help you to choose the correct colours for your design. In addition, we can also arrange for artwork to be redrawn if necessary.
